1. Who we are
FORGE is a project operations platform offered by Burque Property Inspections LLC (“FORGE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to forgepm.app, the FORGE application, and related support communications. FORGE is offered for use in the United States.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create or use a FORGE workspace, including account and contact details, login credentials, billing contact information, and support messages.
FORGE also processes the project information you or your authorized users enter or upload, which may include project records, contacts, notes, follow-ups, schedules, bids, estimates, documents, vendor information, time entries, and client-update inputs. We collect limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service, such as session, device, log, and IP-address information.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve FORGE.
- Create and administer workspaces, user access, subscriptions, and customer support.
- Process billing, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Generate requested AI-assisted content when an authorized user chooses to use those features.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate FORGE, including Render for hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and OpenAI for AI features that an authorized user chooses to use. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell personal information or use project information for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect FORGE or others, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. FORGE does not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy and terms.
6. Data retention and account deletion
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for operations, security, backups, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Authorized account owners may request account deletion. Deletion removes the workspace's active project data and access, subject to limited retention in backups, logs, or records that we must retain for security, legal, or accounting reasons.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use strong, unique passwords and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
8. Your choices and rights
You may update certain account information within FORGE. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and verification of your request. FORGE is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as FORGE evolves or as legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through FORGE or by email.
